Browser Extensions That Find Working Codes (Safely)
By CouponBuz Team ·
Coupon extensions test codes automatically at checkout. They can save time, but understand the trade-offs.
How they test codes
The extension tries a list of codes in the promo box and keeps whichever reduces the total.
The privacy trade-off
Many extensions can read the pages you visit. Check permissions and reviews, and remove ones you no longer use.
Conflicts with cashback
Some extensions interfere with cashback tracking. Disable the extension before clicking through a cashback site.
Verify the discount
Confirm the applied code actually lowered the price rather than triggering a different offer.
Best practice
Keep one trusted extension, review its permissions and turn it off for sensitive sites.
CouponBuz may earn a commission when you use a link on this site to buy something. This never changes the price you pay.
